Q1.Can TH series use abrasive or impurity liquid?
Remedy |
TH Series is suitable for none abrasive clean water, best apply to high pressure washing/cleaning or spraying.Impurity and Abrasive liquid can damage the filter. |
Q2.Motor running but no water is discharged
Cause | Remedy |
Leakage in suction hose or air lock. | Check the hose and joint gaskets. |
Suction filter or hose blocked. | Clean suction filter or hose. |
Incorrect discharge pressure setting. | Examine the pressure setting. |
Worn or broken parts (cam shaft,piston,bushes,seal etc.). | Repair or replace. |
Remark: before operation, turn off power switch first.
Q3.Insufficient discharge pressure
Cause | Remedy |
Leakage in discharge check valve.(caused by rust or foreign objects). | Clean or repair the check valve. |
Incorrect discharge pressure setting. | Re-setting the discharge pressure. |
Worn parts (cam shaft,piston,bushes,seal etc.). . | Repair or replace. |
