Q1.Pump does not turn on.
| Cause | Remedy |
| Circuit breaker is not connected. | Connect it. |
| Pump not plug in. | Plug in pump. |
| Broken cable. | Replace it. |
| No power supply. | Turn on the power souce. |
| Defective motor. | Repair or replace it. |
| Impeller colgged. | Clean it and make sure it turns freely after cleaning. |
Remark: before operation, turn off power switch first.
Q2.Pump stop suddenly or slow down.

| Impeller is clogged. | Clean it. |
| Circuit breaker trip. | Reconnect circuit breaker. |
| Motor failure. | Repair or replace it. |

Q3.Pump runs normally, but does not deliver rated capacity.

| Water level too low. | Stop the pump and unplug. |
| Impeller clogged. | Clean or replace it. |
| Discharge pipe runs too long. | Correct it in reference to rating table. |
| Strainer blocked. | Clean it. |

Q4.Can PW series use abrasive or impurity liquid?
| Remedy |
| PW100A,PW250A,PW400A series are only suitable for clean and none abrasive water, PW100AR is for fish breading which can pump sea water. |
Q5.Will PW series be damaged when the pump is operating without liquid?
| Remedy |
| PW Series use water as the cooling system, therefore when pump is running without water will cause motor burnt, and damage the shaft. |
